Description: 6/10/2025 12:00 PM EST: Verve is aware of an internet service interruption reported in the Southwest Florida region. Engineering teams are currently investigating the situation. No ETR (Estimated Time of Resolution) at this time.

Resolved: 6/11/2025 3:00 PM EST: Services have remained stabilized and the outage is now resolved. If you are still experiencing issues, please contact Verve Support by emailing support@vervecloud.com or call us at 877-837-8348, option 1.

Update: 6/11/2025 2:00 AM EST: Engineering team replaced faulty hardware, and we are now seeing all services online. We are monitoring traffic and will provide further updates tomorrow morning. If you are still having any issues, please contact Support at 877-837-8348, Option 1 or email us at support@vervecloud.com.

Update: 6/10/2025 8:00 PM EST: Engineering team identified a hardware failure and is currently working to replace. No ETR at this time.

Update: 6/10/2025 6:00 PM EST: Engineering team is continuing to work on restoring service, no ETR at this time.
