Update: 12/4/2024 08:00 AM EST: Emergency line crews are continuing to repair damaged cables. Excavation to repair damaged fiber and conduit are underway. To expedite restoration, crews are placing a temporary fiber cable to bypass the damaged fiber. Currently no ETR (Estimated Time of Resolution) has been provided, but we will continue to update with any new information as it comes in.

Update: 12/3/2024 8:00 PM EST: Emergency line crews have identified multi cable fiber damage and are continuing repairs. Currently no ETR (Estimated Time of Resolution) has been provided, but we will continue to update with any new information as it comes in.
Update: 12/3/2024 5:00 PM EST: Emergency line crew is currently on site and working to repair fiber cut that is affecting service. Currently no ETR has been provided, but we will continue to update with any new information as it comes in.
Update: 12/3/2024 1:00 PM EST: The line crews are actively working on the fiber repair. Once we have more information on expected restoral, we will update accordingly.
Update: 12/3/2024 12:00 PM EST: Upstream routing issue was caused by large scale fiber cut which is impacting multiple carriers. The fiber vendor has deployed personnel for repair and intermittent partial routing remains in place. No ETR at this time, but we will continue to post updates until resolution.
Update: 12/3/2024 11:00 AM EST: Engineering is continuing to work with the third-party vendor on upstream routing issue. No ETR at this time, more updates to follow.
Update: 12/3/2024 10:00 AM EST: Engineering has identified the issue to an upstream routing outage with a third-party vendor. Partial routing has been restored, but we are continuing to work with vendor on complete restoration. No ETR at this time, but we will continue to post updates until resolution.
